As the year nears its end, Jackson Grundy has said that it is pleased (and relieved) to report a significant improvement in the housing market during the past 12 months.

This renewed confidence has given the property specialist fresh impetus and ambition to expand, both in number of branches and other customer-focused areas.

The firm has been active in recruiting new staff to further improve its service levels in existing branches, while looking ahead to the opening of its fourteenth branch early next year.

The firm now has a dedicated marketing department, whose role has been to expand marketing channels and ensure it stays at the forefront of the industry.

Over the past year Jackson Grundy has improved and fine-tuned its website, significantly increased advertising budget to include coverage in three local newspapers and eight magazines, launched the Think JG advertising campaign, re-designed the company stationery and PDF property details and established a partnership with the Love Northamptonshire campaign.

It has also entered the world of social media, believing it offers exciting new platforms and ongoing innovation, including its Property Community on Facebook incorporating a View Property Search App, the Jackson Grundy property blog and a Twitter feed.

The company has also broadened its Community Support Initiative to cover Daventry and surrounding villages and  has continued its partnership with Northampton Town Football Club.

David Jackson, Managing Director of Jackson Grundy, said: “We have worked hard during 2013 to further improve many aspects of our service, to benefit both our selling and buying clients alike. The creation of our dedicated marketing department allows us to continually strive to stay at the forefront of our industry, focusing on both traditional and modern forms of marketing.

Our ongoing recruitment and expansion are also carefully designed to improve service levels and broaden our coverage.

“With all that we have put in place this year, we feel extremely excited about 2014.”
