THE enterprise of Ausra Uzukauskaite, founder of independent property agency Amber Properties, has been recognised at a prestigious awards ceremony.
At the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards, the property agent was named runner-up in the Young Business Person of the Year Award in a category sponsored by Bosworth College. In the same month Ausra has been awarded the Business Woman of the Year 2017 for the CEO monthly magazine.
The awards are recognition of the entrepreneurial spirt of Ausra who has seen her agency continue to grow in 2017. One of the latest initiatives is Amber Renovations Ltd, a property maintenance arm for her thriving independent agency Amber Properties based in Northampton.
The new service supports people looking to undertake refurbishments, HMO (Multi-Let) conversions, in addition to other maintenance services for property owners and investors and landlords.
Ausra said: “2017 has been such an exciting year and I was so proud to be recognised at the awards ceremony. I am lucky enough to be working with an experienced team who share my commitment to clients and understand why it is important to listen to individual needs.

The latest member to join the business is lettings administrator Rosangela Pagnotta who, with the rest of the team, is able to offer a wide range of services and packages to meet the needs and budget of each client.
