EASYWEB is celebrating a fantastic year of growth. A number of significant hires and internal promotions have been made, including Sadie Kellard as Head of Recruitment for EasyWeb Agency, Jess Brosnan as Sales Support Manager, Olivia Scott as Senior Marketing & Events Executive and my own arrival as CEO.
We’ve also grown by around 10 new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) clients every month as more companies look to bring their entire recruitment process online whilst also ensuring GDPR compliance and a great candidate experience.
Particularly exciting is that in the last 12 months we’ve worked with more local businesses than ever before.
After attending training events, Staysure decided to pay for their advertising and receive the our ATS for free (over 94 per cent of our clients choose this option). They’ve since filled a huge number of roles – many directly via the ATS, some through advertising with EasyWeb Recruitment and some of their more critical roles with the additional support of EasyWeb Agency.
We met Steve Tiley from Walkerpack at an exhibition hosted at Wicksteed Park early in the year. After we talked about their current recruitment struggles, Steve was introduced to the services of EasyWeb Agency and he quickly found the perfect candidates to fill Walkerpack’s Sales Executive and Warehouse Operative vacancies.
SK Energy, who were introduced to EasyWeb through the Northants Chamber of Commerce, took advantage of EasyWeb’s Applicant Tracking System free trial offer. Currently in their implementation process, SK Energy’s Managing Consultant, Reemesh Patel, said: “The implementation of EasyWeb ATS is going well, we are pleased with the results so far and we are looking forward to getting started.
