AT EasyWeb we’ve seen a huge amount of growth and development across the whole business this year, particularly in the Agency team and the Tech and Product teams.
EasyWeb Agency have grown both in team members and roles filled, taking on 29 new clients this year and filling 200 roles. Donna and David joined as Senior Recruitment Consultants, bringing with them a wealth of experience in a range of different sectors. Resource Consultant Kim also joined the team, and made such a great impression that she’s recently been promoted to Junior Recruitment Consultant. We also have Senior Recruitment Consultant, Caroline, back from maternity leave to complete the team.
The Tech and Product teams have seen a lot of growth this year to support the long-term plans for developing our recruitment software, EasyWeb ATS. The team has grown by six people – Janis, Chief Technical Officer; Kirstie, Customer Support Manager; Chloe, Customer Support Executive; Laura, Customer Service Apprentice; Daisy, UX & Digital Designer and Philip, Junior Project Manager. Having a new team dedicated to customer support means that the Tech and Product teams have more time to focus on the plans for developing EasyWeb ATS’s features for the year ahead.
We’ve also launched a new division dedicated to our company’s partners, named EasyWeb Partners. Whilst we’ve been successfully helping HR consultancies support their clients’ recruitment needs for a number of years, we thought it was well overdue to make this service official and offer structured recruitment support to our partners who resell our extensive range of services to their clients. Since introducing EasyWeb Partners in June this year, we have partnered with 39 new HR consultancies.
