FINDING the right balance between work and pleasure, Stanair Industrial Doors is ending 2019 with an impressive list of achievements for both the company and those it supports.
Providing an excellent service to customers is always paramount at the Kettering-based supplier of industrial doors and shutters and across its regional sites it has more than 100 people working hard to ensure that service is delivered to clients’ expectations.
The past year has also seen turnover and profitability rise, and re-recognition by Investors in People, as well as the firm attaining IS0 9001:2015 certification.
Stanair is a specialist industrial door repair company with operations in Kettering, Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Rugby.
Away from the day-to-day business, the company has also seen another successful run of SME Business Awards – sponsoring the awards in each of the regions in which it operates – and was on hand to celebrate with Northamptonshire County Cricket Club mascot Steeler The Dog, sponsored by Stanair, when the club won promotion in September.
Director Martin Wall said: “This year has seen more growth for the company in terms of staff and turnover, and that gives us an ideal base from which to grow. We now have teams out in the field across a large region, installing, repairing and servicing industrial doors for customers in a whole range of sectors.
“We were pleased to have our Investors in People accreditation re-recognised once again and to achieved ISO 9001:2015 that recognises the systems we have in place to ensure the service we deliver is of the highest possible standard.
“Hand in hand with that is our commitment to support the communities in which we work – we’ve always made it a priority to give something back. The awards sponsorship gives us the chance to be involved in something that sees local businesses get the recognition they deserve.
“We were also delighted to finish off by celebrating the success of Northamptonshire County Cricket this year, achieving promotion to Division One. It was a fantastic achievement and we were proud to be a part of it.”
