HOW fast time flies! Another year gone but another year of achievements under our belt.
Its been a busy time for Home Instead. This year we have extended our services and are now pleased to offer live-in care. Moving into a residential home is now not the only option. You can have a caregiver who will stay in your home day and night. These arrangements are with flexible care planned around your needs. But more importantly it’s comforting to know that you are not alone.

Each year we ask our clients and staff to complete a survey. We had great results with our PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence and Advancing Quality) survey. We were over the moon with the results, which are as follows:
* 96 per cent of clients would recommend us
* 93 per cent of clients said caregivers were properly introduced.
* 92 per cent of clients felt that their caregiver was well matched to their needs.
The growth of our community events and community engagement have been well received and we would love to see more people attend these events and welcome new faces with open arms. In September we were runners up at the SME Northamptonshire Business Awards – Community Business of the Year.
We also continue to be the largest Home Instead in the UK, a position we have held since 2013, out of 201 individually owned offices throughout the UK.
Once again, we are holding our Be A Santa To A Senior appeal to make more people smile this christmas with a gift donated by you. Look out for our stands in local garden centres, supermarkets and at Kettering General Hospital.
