The Northamptonshire Business Awards 2022 have opened for entries today (Monday 23rd May).
Organised by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, the awards aim to recognise the fantastic work being done by organisations across the county.
There are 13 awards up for grabs this year including three new awards.
Two of these – North Northamptonshire Business of the Year and West Northamptonshire Business of the Year – are being supported by North Northamptonshire Council and West Northamptonshire Council to recognise the stand out business success story in their respective geographical areas.
For the first time, there will also be a President’s Award, sponsored by Wilson Browne Solicitors. The winner of this award will be chosen by the President of the Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce Board, Robyn Allen alongside headline sponsors, Wilson Browne Solicitors. They will be looking to recognise ‘an awesome human being in our local area that has done something exemplary in the last 12 months’.

Other award categories include: Business Person of the Year, Young Business Person of the Year, Best New Business of the Year, Workplace Wellbeing Award, International Business of the Year, Small Business of the Year, High Growth Business of the Year, Customer Commitment Award, Employer of the Year and Charity of the Year.
These categories are sponsored by Learning & Skills Academy CIC, The University of Northampton, The Business & IP Centre Northamptonshire, Commsave Credit Union, RS Components, Global Health Tests, Azets, qoob, HR Solutions and Business Times.

Organisations have until 5pm on Friday 1st July to submit their entry at northamptonshire.awardsplatform.com/. Entries are open to all businesses across the county.
The finalists will be announced at the Northamptonshire Chamber Business Expo at Franklin Gardens on Wednesday 14th September with a glittering awards evening set to take place on Thursday 3rd November at The Park Inn, Northampton.
