That remains our number one priority.
“Over the years we have built up such a rapport with our customers that many of them have become friends. In these days of call centres, it is good to be able to offer continuity and not a different person each time you call.”
Customers can place their orders direct on to the website but if they prefer they can place orders with the team by phone and fax.
Paula said: “Some people like technology, some like a more personal service – we feel we have both options covered. We have always offered our customers flexibility and tailored our customer service to suit their needs.”
The range of products has expanded over the years, so as well as the general office products that you would expect, the catalogue now covers many other ranges. These include kitchen and catering products and a comprehensive range of health and safety items. In addition, Abacus can offer a range of rubber and self-inking bespoke stamps and print management.
