RAUNDS-based bakers, Cookies, are increasing their production volume to cater for additional wholesale customers who are looking for fresh, traditional bread and rolls delivered daily.
Using only high-grade ingredients, local where possible, all goods are baked on the premises each day, guaranteeing freshness and ensuring their presentation meets the required standard for retail outlets.
The product range does not include enzymes, modified starches, artificial preservatives or colourings (except in some cake decoration). This is a deliberate strategy to ensure products taste and look better and, for all orders placed by 4pm, they guarantee delivery six days a week.
Owner of the business, Mike Doyle, said: “Whilst we have a range of products available to our wholesale customers, we always listen to additional requirements and seek to meet those needs. We can provide product samples within 24 hours if interested customers just ring the Raunds bakery on 01933 461505, and we can also discuss any additional requests which we will do our utmost to provide in the timescales required.”
The current wholesale range includes bread, rolls, pastries, scones and cakes.
