The HR specialists have been able to substantially increase their client base including businesses not only across the United Kingdom but others based in Australia, the Middle East, the USA and throughout Europe.
Now there are plans to once again grow their team, which has grown to more than 24 in the last five years, based at Brooklands Court on Kettering’s Venture Park.
CEO Greg Guilford believes the company’s one-stop shop approach enables HR Solutions to offer HR advice and guidance, develop projects, undertake the management of complex employee relations issues, or manage the outsourcing of all HR Administrative processes including payroll services.
This approach is embedded into HR Solutions’ Company Values that were formulated by the company’s founder Carol Ann Guilford in 2001.
Her son, Greg, took on the role of Managing Director when Carol took a decision to step back to the position of Director of Consultancy. Then, when they merged with another HR consultancy in August 2015, Greg became CEO of the new business.
Greg said: “We are very proud of the business we have been able to build. We started out in Kettering and when we needed larger premises we took a decision to remain in the town.
“Since our move earlier this year we have been able to extend our services and continue to recruit specialists who share our high standards.”
