Home buyers looking to make their move as stress-free as possible are invited to attend a Part Exchange event at Barratt Homes’ Saxon Rise development in Brixworth this weekend, 19th and 20th September.

The event will offer further information to existing home owners on the scheme which sees Barratt Homes purchase a buyer’s current property, taking away any uncertainty and unnecessary delays during the buying process.

Following two independent valuations, buyers are offered fair market value for their old home and will have no estate agents fees to pay. The scheme can take away the stress of finding a buyer and make the move to a new home hassle-free.

Alison Raine, Sales Director at Barratt Homes Northampton, said: “We understand that moving home can be a stressful time, and we’re keen to make things simpler wherever we can. Part Exchange is an excellent scheme that allows us to help make moving home a little easier for buyers by taking away uncertainty.

“Our experienced Sales Advisers are knowledgeable about Part Exchange and we encourage people to attend our event this weekend to find out more about the scheme and ask any questions they may have.”

Saxon Rise is a beautiful development situated around a village green. This traditional development offers an exclusive selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes with larger gardens and some homes built from natural stone.

The village of Brixworth benefits from amenities such as a Post Office, green grocers and butchers and is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee or a bite to eat after a peaceful stroll.

Nearby, Pitsford Reservoir is a popular spot with locals for walks, sailing and picnics whilst enjoying the view.

On top of its tranquil location, Saxon Rise is also a convenient place to lay down foundations; the development is just 20 minutes from Northampton and offers excellent links to further afield via the M1, A14, A45 and A43 and direct trains to London from Northampton Railway Station.

Alison continued: “Our three Show Homes at Saxon Rise –  the Lincoln, Dartmouth and Stratford – will also be open to view during the event for buyers to gain an insight into the quality homes on offer at the development and pick up inspiration for turning a blank canvas into the perfect place to call home.”

The Part Exchange event will take place between 10am and 5.30pm Saturday, 19th and Sunday 20th September.

The Show Homes and Sales Centre at Saxon Rise are open Monday 12.30pm – 5.30pm and Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 5.30pm.
