AN EXECUTIVE travel company is looking to give something back to the community this Christmas by offering a family or individual financial assistance with their festive shopping.
Jo Chauffeurs, based at Cottesbrook Park on Drayton Fields Industrial Estate in Daventry, plans to give away a £100 Tesco gift card to a recipient chosen by the public.
The company is calling on Daventry to come forward with nominations, whether it is a family struggling to afford the expenses associated with the festive season or someone who has gone out of their way to assist others.
Jo Chauffeurs director Agnieszka Rozewicz says: “Whilst the nature of our work takes us all over the UK, Daventry is where our business is based and we are very proud of the local community in the town. We would love to give something back so that is why we intend to give away the £100 Tesco gift card to a deserving recipient.”
She is calling on other businesses in the town to follow the company’s lead.
“We also imagine other local businesses would like to give back too so if you own a business and would like to get involved in this initiative, please get in contact. We would love to see this become an annual occurrence.”
To nominate a deserving recipient for the £100 Tesco gift card, email with the subject line ‘Daventry Christmas Giveaway’ and state the name(s) of the person/people you would like to nominate and the reason you believe they should receive the gift card.
