Started by school friends Ky Wright and Owain Williams as pocket-money making scheme in the school holidays, the Lick Frozen Yogurt brand has enjoyed unprecedented success.

The theatre is delighted to be working with the country’s top frozen yogurt brand, which is fat-free, probiotic and 100 per cent natural. Started by school friends Ky Wright and Owain Williams as pocket-money making scheme in the school holidays, the Lick Frozen Yogurt brand has enjoyed unprecedented success. Originally selling from the back of a trike in Tenby, the pair went on to run a phenomenally popular shop in Brighton – the first ever frozen yogurt store in the UK – and moved on from there to supplying the product in tubs to leading chains such as Ocado, LEON, Sainsbury’s Local, and many top delis.
Following on from the original Brighton shop, Royal & Derngate is proud to be home to the only Lick Frozen Yogurt bar in the country.
The theatre’s new frozen yogurt parlour sells the delicious and healthy soft-serve frozen yogurt in a selection of sizes, with a wide range of toppings available, such as raspberry, honeycomb, Belgian chocolate and granola. Prices start from £1.75 for a regular serving, with toppings from 60p each.
Situated in Royal & Derngate’s foyer, alongside the theatre shop, the stylish Lick Frozen Yogurt parlour has been designed by the internationally renowned Freshwest Design, who also designed the Lick shop in Brighton, which was shortlisted for the UK Bar & Restaurant Design Awards.
