AN investment property on Moulton Park Industrial Estate has been acquired by Hadland Chartered Surveyors in response to client’s pension scheme requirements. After a thorough search, Hadlands were able to find a property in Tenter Road that fitted the client’s needs. There are relatively few properties of this type on the market, simply because they are so attractive to pension scheme investors, which meant our only option was to make a speculative search. “Through good local knowledge and our contacts within the property sector in Northamptonshire, our proactive and targeted search ended with us identifying a suitable property that was agreeable to both parties.” Also on Moulton Park, Hadlands is offering a storage or warehouse unit of 6,500 square feet in Mansion Close for rent.
