The Graduate, a Northampton-based graduate recruitment specialist, worked with the team at LEC to recruit Theresa Bui Moore, an MSc Sustainable Architecture and Healthy Buildings graduate into an Energy Consultancy role, saving the team at LEC time looking for the right person. Theresa has fitted in well to the team, which carries out energy appraisals and technological and feasibility studies within the construction sector.
Adam Alexander, who heads up LEC, said: “Energy is a major factor in construction these days and we have grown from one person when we launched in 2011 to three now, with plans to recruit a fourth member of the team soon.
