The team’s priority is to ensure clients are guided clearly and practically through often complex legal processes and procedures without cutting corners while ensuring each can continue to focus on the day-to-day running of their business.
Rebecca, who has extensive experience in all areas of employment law, works closely with other members of the team including Gary Tait, an Equity Partner and Head of Commercial Services at Tollers. Both are keen advocates who have represented clients at a local, national and international level.
Rebecca, Gary and newly appointed Paralegal Jackie O’Sullivan can all handle settlement agreements for clients facing legal challenges. Jackie is Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, FILEx, which confirms her status as a qualified lawyer.
Trainee Solicitor Gabriella Sparrow, who joined Tollers in September 2017 has been able to build on her training to support the employment specialists, while PA Helen Richards brings her invaluable organisational skills and experience to support the Employment Department, having been in the team since 2001.
