KETTERING Park Hotel and Spa is celebrating after winning three awards recognising the contribution and success of team members.
Daniel Thwaites hosted its inaugural Pride of Thwaites Awards in January.
The awards were open to all 1,600 members of staff throughout the company and over 400 entries were submitted.
It was a great evening of celebration for Kettering Park, as Claire Macdonald picked up the title Customer Service Superstar and General Manager, Andrew Hollett, won the award for Collaboration Champion in recognition of a project he developed with managers around the company to improve guest experience.
In addition, the front of house team at the hotel were named the winners of the Service Through Hospitality category.
Andrew Hollett said: “I couldn’t be more proud of the team, they are absolutely fantastic and I’m so pleased they have been recognised in this way. They work so hard to deliver great guest experience, every day of the year.
“To be shortlisted out of 400 entries was great news for them. To be named overall winners was an amazing start for 2020 and we are looking forward to building on this success as the year progresses.”
Daniel Thwaites is a family business with over 200 years heritage. The company owns hotels and pubs around the country, including Kettering Park Hotel and Spa.
