The firm has recently received instructions jointly with Drake Commercial to offer Unit 3 Kingsfield Business Park on Gladstone Road, Northampton on behalf of London & Cambridge Properties Ltd. The modern detached warehouse of approx. 14,250 sq ft includes a large yard and is ideally suited to trade counter or other industrial / warehousing use.

The firm has recently received instructions jointly with Drake Commercial to offer Unit 3 Kingsfield Business Park on Gladstone Road, Northampton on behalf of London & Cambridge Properties Ltd. The modern detached warehouse of approx. 14,250 sq ft includes a large yard and is ideally suited to trade counter or other industrial / warehousing use. The building will be fully refurbished and redecorated ready for occupation in Spring 2015 following the relocation of 1st Class Packaging.
On the healthcare side of the business, the team has now kicked off the project management of a circa £2m project to build a new 16 consulting room medical facility. The team will be acting for a large GP partnership and the project is due to be completed 2016.
The building surveying team has been instructed on several large dilapidations surveys leading to negotiation including a large survey on a 22,000 sq ft industrial building with offices. The team is also working on numerous building surveys and projecting managing the redecoration of Stafford Place on behalf of the client, Fellside Estates.
