WITHIN the next five years South Northamptonshire will see considerable growth following a programme of large-scale residential and commercial development and investment into the area.
Construction on the Moat Lane development in the heart of Towcester has now begun. The scheme will provide a new civic building as well as various retail, restaurant, office and industrial units to be offered to the market. South Northants Council will relocate into Towcester town centre and bring a large number of employees to supplement the town’s daytime economy.

South Northants Council will relocate into Towcester town centre and bring a large number of employees to supplement the town’s daytime economy.
